Somehow thought I was purchasing real bamboo but it looks and feels like veneer bamboo.

For the price, this wine rack isn’t too bad. It does what it needs to do and doesn’t take up a lot of space. You will need to assemble it, but that isn’t too hard. Basically line up the pieces and use 12 screws (the screws, allen wrench, and instructions are included).

The instructions should have been clearer and noted that the large holes should be all on the OUTSIDE of the unit and then to tighten the screws flush, then press the unit together and finish tightening with an allen socket wrench.

I had a lot of trouble assembling this wine rack. Pay close attention to the orientation of the “C” pieces; if they are turned 90 degrees, the final screw holes won’t line up.

It was a nice wood, but you have to put it together. It requires an Allen wrench and I didn’t have the strength to tighten it. So back it went.
